Role of Senior Graphic Designer for the Lake County, FL Government is positioned in the Communications department. Jobs and responsibilities are wide ranging from wildlife brochures for the Parks and Trails Department, signs, flyers, posters, logos, booklets, fleet vehicle wraps, and creating social media posts which bring awareness to various events or alerts to the residents of Lake County. This position also includes an emergency activation role in which a designer is stationed at the Emergency Ops Center during times of natural disasters. Several activations I have experienced stepping up when graphics were needed to be done swiftly and efficiently even in a fast-moving chaotic environment. Graphics included flyers, posters, signage, and social media posts.
