I am a qualified Industrial Designer, with a Master's degree in Design. During my Bachelor's degree I gained industry-specific skills, including: creative, analytical and critical thinking; concept development; freehand drawing; computer modelling; rendering; prototyping; and engineering drawing. My Master's degree afforded specialist insight into the field of artisanal product design, as well as advanced skills in professional practice and design research and writing. Being the co-founder and designer of a company provided first-hand industry experience of the entire product development process, from ideation to sales. Resultantly I developed business management skills, in addition to brand development and marketing. Gained through working in academia in Design for several years, I have comprehensive knowledge of design research and education. I am currently seeking a junior product design position to utilise and expand my skills and knowledge, while actively contributing to the success of the company.
