The branding for The Ol’ Chopping Block was originally inspired by re-imagining classic butcher meat cut posters. I wanted to return to the home-grown feel of the butcher experience into the modern market. From the posters came a brand dedicated to excellence, and from that brand came a premiere butcher’s shop package capable of meeting all the shop's needs.
