Mira Marjanovic

I am a Senior Property Workplace Analyst with over 17 years of experience working within UK Construction Sector, specialising in the workplace sector; I am a Qualified Architect and an Accredited Change Practitioner. My current role is a natural progression of my previous experience as a senior architect , working in both consultancy and a client side, with lead design and design management responsibilities specialising in workplace / commercial sector .

My current position offers me an opportunity to work on exiting workplace strategies often acting as a catalyst for change within an organisation . I both lead on the strategies and work as a team player withing wider organisational team structure. I am passionate about understanding and forecasting the future of workplace and using these insights to help drive and deliver meaningful change within workplace environment. I am particularly interested in conversations explaining the benefits of new ways of working, and how this impacts asset and individual requirements.

Besides the work on the workplace strategies, I utilise my architectural design and coordination skills to act as an informed client undertaking complex and varied studies, including workspace, occupancy and real estate planning to deliver workplace optimisation and other corporate objectives. I am also leading in preparation of briefs for the appointment of the consultant team; reviewing and appraising submissions; managing consultant and project teams and appraising professional services and deliverables.
