The scheme for Strata in Stains comprises 8 270m2 of office space and parking. The original building built in 80’s was concrete structure, brick clad building. The building has been stripped out to shell and core with extension added to it to make contemporary office space. The refurbishment has been done using environmentally friendly materials, achieving BREEAM excellent rating
