The scheme for Observatory House in Slough comprises 10 000m2 of office space. The original building was a dated,80’s 10,000sqm office building that had come to the end of its working life. The building has been taken back to its concrete frame, with two staircases relocated and reconfigured atrium to provide a more open-plan internal environment. The building’s exterior was fully re-clad with a new glazed and metal panelled curtain wall system. It achieved BREEAM very good rating
