Since 2020 I designed over 100 mandalas, which were printed on posters, mugs, t-shirts, stickers and ecobags sold online through online shop and social media platforms.
Crafted 30+ custom mandalas that were delivered to customers in Brazil and Japan.
Managed all the content production on social media platforms, mainly focused on Instagram, maintaining the engagement rate in 7.31% (which is considered high since the average for accounts with 1k - 5k followers is around 5.60%).
Provided excellent customer service through social media, email, Whatsapp and in person.

This job was a temporary 1 month long contract.
Designed over 20 complete social media campaign posts utilizing different styles and approaches, following monthly schedule plan for multiple clients on a timely basis.
Developed attractive Google display ads for new local internet provider business that has increased CTR by 5%.
Collaborated with 5-person graphic design team to create large-scale projects for local medium and large companies.

Developed 150+ wedding invitations and other stationery templates from design to production and final delivery to customers in Brazil and worldwide.
Managed the social media accounts, hitting organically 14k followers in less than 1 year the brand was launched.
