Mike Santini

I am currently a grad student at the Academy of Art in San Francisco studying Industrial Design. I have strong interests in consumer electronics as well as anything that requires some sort of human interface. My undergrad focused on software and user experience through web design, and I'd like to continue that into products in order to make others lives easier and less frustrating.

While working on my MFA in Industrial Design, I still provide my Web Design skills as a freelancer. My most recent project is designing and implementing Book-Job.com.

I used currently write and edit for a hardware review site called TechwareLabs.com. I would install and test components and write reviews on new computer hardware such as cases, power supplies, graphics cards, motherboards, and CPUs.

As a member of the University of Central Florida Computer store I advised students and faculty about computer purchasing decisions for both Mac and PC. I was the primary computer specialist and assembled a list of recommended configurations based on major. I also helped departments with large orders from Dell and Apple.

As an Apple Campus Rep, I promoted Apple at the University of Central Florida. I promoted through fliers, tabling, and events.
