When Westpac NZ wanted to relaunch westpac.co.nz on a new CMS with a reimagined user experience, I helped co-lead a team of 10 copywriters.
This mammoth project included auditing 2,000 pages and engaging with 250 stakeholders, before collaborating with UX teams to streamline user-journeys. We then consolidated content and rewrote 500 pages.
Results
- Achieved go-live in less than 12 months (and all during the first Covid lockdowns)
- Improvement in all site engagement metrics, including a 10% drop in bounce rate.
