One in three Kiwi pet owners struggle with vet bills. That’s why there’s Southern Cross Pet Insurance.
In 2018, we relaunched southerncrosspet.co.nz to make it easier for Kiwis to learn about pet insurance and get cover. This project included creating a new tone of voice, collaborating with the wider team on the IA and UX, simplifying the product offering, interviewing customers and crafting case studies, and contributing regular articles to the blog.
