Designed and manufactured a packaging equipment for fishing nets for one of Garware Wall Ropes' Norwegian customers.
The 4-box Festooner was reverse engineered from high end machinery of similar nature. A wide array of ropes could be processed using it.
Studied a lot of patents regarding Festooners, and did research to come up with the most optimum mechanism for the one at GWRL. This machine was installed at the company's Wai plant in Maharashtra, India.
