-Organizing all collected, customer credit cards for tabs and verifying that each gets back to the
correct guest.
-Setting up reserved boxes or cabanas for private parties by cleaning, prepping seating and
bringing out liquors, mixers and appropriate commodities for each party.
-Serving desired drinks and bringing out additional liquors, mixers, etc. upon request.
-Upselling varied commodities and keeping track of the private party's sales to assure they reach
the required minimum and charging them accordingly.
-Having a basic knowledge of how a "Square" operates and being able to charge, accept tips and
have guests sign respectively.

waiting guests seated as fast as possible.
