Answer phones, screen and direct phone calls, patient/client relations, customer service, data entry, emails, copying, product inventory/ordering/tracking, create written patient treatment plans from doctor's recommendations, patient treatment plan tracking, MS Office, scheduling, prepare patient financial plans, minor computer repairs and maintenance, time management, research and writing, word processing, communication, assist doctors with ordering patient medical supplies, act as liaison between billing specialist and patients.
I also act as the office Graphic Designer. In the time I've been here I've re-designed all of the office's business cards and marketing materials including large window decals. I also helped to publish monthly articles and advertisements for our patients.

I sell the world's comfiest sandals at the Happiest Place on Earth. Occasionally I am handed a Graphic Design or art assignment for signs or displays that will be displayed around the store. See my portfolio folder for Sanuk Store Displays.

Support the Adoption department, monitor visits between children and biological parents, run childcare once per month for adoptive parenting meetings, drive children to various appointments, file paperwork, data entry, various office assistant work
