Co-founder
Buffalo, NY
Jan 2015 - Present (9 years 11 months)
PostProcess specializes in the post processing needs for the 3D printing industry, offering solutions in software, hardware, and chemistry. As a co-founder, my roles in the company have been varied and evolving as we have grown from a garage based start up to a company of 40 employees. Using my product design background, I’m currently focused on content for the Marketing and Sales groups; including User Manuals, Sales Sheets, Site Prep Guides, and Company Profile brochure, content for web and social media, and product design and engineering input.
Prior to these roles my focus was the buildout of our Finish3D operation. In F3D™ we benchmark
customer parts in our machines to prove out performance capabilities. A multi-step process involving customer contact to understand their needs, part processing, and creating Performance Evaluations upon completion, F3D™ was our initial deliverable to close orders while we proved our abilities to new customers.
PostProcess has sold and installed machines to several fortune 500 companies in the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Education, 3D printing, and Technology industries.

Co-founder
Aurora Brew Works
East Aurora, NY
May 2011 - May 2015 (4 years)
Co-founder of a start up business specializing in the sale of craft beer. Built (literally) from the ground up, ABW is half beer bar, half beer store; a unique operation that has attracted a strong
following. The creation of ABW was a test of design skills, including store layout, logo, and
overall brand identity, as well as an ability to manage myself, 6 employees, and operations.
ABW was profitable after first year of operation, and has been profitable and shown stable and consistent growth since then. Several blog, web, and print articles, locally and regionally,
highlighting our accomplishments and revolutionary sales approach to craft beer.

Senior Product Designer
Fisher Price
East Aurora, NY
Jul 2004 - Apr 2011 (6 years 9 months)
As Senior Product Designer for the Baby Gear Design group, I executed ideas from initial concept through final production. Working in both solidarity and group settings, I collaborated directly with marketing, engineering, costing, safety, package, and model services personnel to produce functional design models. On-site child testing was incorporated into all projects to ensure ergonomics were beyond acceptable. Fisher-Price holds the highest of standards in regards to product performance, it was my duty to ensure this quality was present in every product.
