Cad drafting for the telecommunications sector.

As an Intern at KTL, I worked as a cad technician whilst also helping the cad manager to establish the first in-house CAD department (Belcarra and then Naas). Within a short number of months, I had a firm understanding of how the telecommunications sector operates with a clear knowledge of telecommunication technology/equipment. Drawings had to be created that meet, the Mosaic cad standards and attention to detail were of utmost importance.

Creation of CAD drawings to correct CAD standards and REV stages
License drawings, Construction drawings, As-built drawings,
Creation of updated block files.
Creation of Antennae schematics proposals
Site surveys, measuring compound layout, Signage
Downloading / uploading of new cad / PDF files to the correct location on SharePoint
Cross-referencing all information with the FDP/ PDP
