* Lead in print direction and design for all categories including lingerie, sleepwear and graphics * Contribute to the seasonal concept and direction for print, artwork and color. * Develop and strengthen iconic prints that define the brand. * Communicate with design team to maintain a clear understanding of the artwork direction. * Shop and observe fashion ideas and document and share my experience. * Be knowledgeable of best and worst sellers and key attributes. * Be knowledgeable of our customer's lifestyle, interests and taste. * Prepare artwork files and hard copies for vendor to be "factory ready". * Create all-over prints in full repeat following height specifications. * Partner with production to improve quality and become faster at development as well as pushing technique and application for print. * Revise and recolor artwork. * Develop artwork to accommodate garment specifications, including seasonal trend, silhouette, fabrication, detailing and measurements of garment. * Color artwork to fit in seasonal palette feel. * Manage/Direct Design Assistants. * Archive and organize artwork.

Too) * Design graphics for the Active Department including shirts, jackets and bottoms using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. * Design graphics for Sleepwear and the Intimates Department including tops, bottoms, bras and panties.

* Design artwork for Sleepwear, Panties, Camis, Sweaters, Dresses, Outerwear and Swim using U4ia, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Fill garment sketches with print and pattern for presentation.
