I am a strategic thinker, curious+observer+ analitic + questioning .I am an insight ninja: strongly focused on understanding user behaviour . I am great at uncovering the hidden potential or differential value of people, organizations, products, services. I get easily excited by problem analysis and I love to turn problems into improvement opportunities/action oriented reccommendations. I am not afraid of comming up with wild ideas to find them innovative solutions.

I have a collaborative approach to ideation.

I am very passionate when working in projects/teams where I find meaning and nourishment. I can coordinate and manage and assemble different teams/parts/stages of a project very easily and tidily, and if I am in, I am a task catalyser.
