+ Meet and deal with clients in a professional manner
+ Handle all client communication and account services
+ Prepare proposals and quotes to help close new business and assist in the preparation of client invoices
+ Prepare project briefs to present to the client
+ Keep an open line of communication with all clients
+ Clearly relay client needs to production department and ensure advertising strategies are clearly defined
+ Ensure projects are completed on time and within the assigned budget
+ Scout, coordinate, and manage location and talent as needed for various projects and commercial shoots
+ Work with outside vendors on the production of various promotional material

+ Arrange meetings with clients to go over scope and logistics of the event
+ Gather all information needed to ensure a successful event
+ Plan and coordinate with multiple vendors
+ Create and manage vendor listings
+ Create and revise site maps using Adobe Illustrator
+ Create and revise promotional material as needed using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
+ Assist with on-site management os the event production from beginning to end

+ Assist with the coordination and set up of commercial shoots
+ Accompany staff and crew on commercial shoots
+ Assist in the creation of various advertising projects
+ Place phone calls as requested
+ Arrange and file documents as needed
