This role also depends on me to properly prioritize and schedule features based on the business needs. As User Experience Designer, I create, negotiate, and document the user experience and its behaviors for various web based internal applications. This process requires me to obtain acceptance from Users, Product Owners, Lead Front and Back End Developers.

At Jeppesen, I was the Team Lead User Experience Designer for the Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro product. JDM Pro is a web based application that is utilized by EFB (Electronic Flight Baggage) administrators to manage their fleets of airplanes / pilots. The application allows the flow of data back and forth to various classes of airplanes and pilots running the iPad Jeppesen FliteDeck mobile application. As team lead, I directed a group of interaction and visual designers to develop and support JDM Pro. I also worked directly with Developers, Project Managers, and Stakeholders to refine the user experience, requirements, and prioritize features for future sprints.
