Own project management duties for creative and marketing requests for internal business units to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and meet marketing expectations.
Develop scope of work, budget, project phases, deliverables, timelines, and liaison with third-party stakeholders.
Strategize, develop, and execute B2B, account-based, omni-channel and content marketing campaigns to promote leadership in the industry and generate leads, and adjust campaigns through data-driven analysis.
Serve as PlayCore's Creative Manager and Graphic Designer for all promotional materials.
Serve as the main point of contact for a cross-functional team to provide marketing support for professional development and Human Resources.
Develop lead management best practices for timely follow-up and follow-through on PlayCore-driven leads from the website, webinars and trade shows. Includes the development and maintenance of HubSpot's Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) to track and report on leads (deals) and their ROI on our efforts.
Internal strategist for PlayCore's HubSpot portal consisting of contact management, form development, property tagging, email/social media execution, CRM (Deals), PlayCore's NDS network of projects, workflow automation, and report/dashboard development and analysis. Additionally, provide strategy and execution of complex process problems through HubSpot solutions.
Monitor and maintain performance on HubSpot workflow automations, cleanliness of contact database, form submission, custom API integration, property tagging, and report generation.
Supervise a team to facilitate inventory management, trade show coordination and marketing campaign execution.
Project manage, aggregate, and develop PlayCore's Strategic Services annual Outcomes Report.
