1. My daily job includes receiving and analyzing product development briefs from our different buyers from around the world. Some of them includes;

- Conforama (with Store all over Europe)

- Freedom Furniture (Australia)

- Bensons

- Harveys

- Poco

- KIKA

- JD Group (South Africa)

2. I do research to understand more on their needs and current trends.

3. I start with sketching the product and then move on to computer modeling. Normally, I will come up with 2 or 3 products and will send it to the Store Buyer, who will pick 1 or 2 of the ideas for prototyping.

4. After that, I do technical drawings that will be sent to the factory for production.

5. I will then send these product 3D renders and tech. drawings to our Sourcing team, who will determine the appropriate factory that can handle this kind of product.

6. Then I follow up with factory to make sure that the samples came out the way the product is designed to be.

7. When samples are ready, we will invite the Buyers to come for their buying trip and I will accompany Buyers to go for product inspections.

8. Once the Buyer certifies and happy with the product, I move on to other briefs and development.
