As Web Content Manager my main responsibilities involved:
• Developing and delivering web content for the Support / Self Help section of the YouView website. This includes working alongside the selected design agency on creation of UX wireframes, navigation, user experience, information architecture and supporting diagrams.
• Designing specific page layouts for key sections such as the support landing page and step-by-step customer support diagnostics. This is implemented by using a combination of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML and the CMS.
• Responsible for creating and managing all support content within the CRM knowledgebase tool - Eptica. This includes ensuring content is accurate, up to date, in line with the YouView brand and tone and supports the website effectively.
• Supporting the Operations Team in areas including marketing, support strategies and processes and project management.
• Working in partnership with our stakeholders – BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, BT, TalkTalk and Arqiva, building relationships, sharing knowledge and developing communications channels prior to and post launch of YouView.
• Assisiting with the social media strategy and implementation and community management including monitoring and moderation of the online forum and Facebook.

Working with a partner within the catering and hospitality industry, we managed to turnaround the fortune of a small business by rebranding and repositioning the business and successfully doubling its annual turnover. My responsibilities included:
• Design and implementation of the company corporate identity and branding including logo and signage.
• Design and production of all electronic templates and documentation including quality procedures and printed material.
• Managing budgets, finances and book-keeping.
• Applying my relationship skills to gain and retain repeat business from clients such as Adobe, BA, Lufthansa and Activision.
• Management of four staff members to ensure all food products were made to the highest standard, delivered on time, premises kept clean and the correct food and hygiene requirements adhered to. Following our annual food hygiene inspection, we successfully achieved a 3 star ‘scores on the door’ award from Ealing council.

The aim of this toolkit was to provide all internal policy divisions with the fundamental guidance and best practice tools and procedures for creating and delivering their policies. My duties included:
• Carrying out extensive online research, sourcing content and information suitable to be developed for our online tool.
• Defining a suitable information architecture including simple navigation and site layout whilst maintaining internal branding.
• Ensuring the toolkit would be delivered and incorporated with internal project management techniques.
• Working directly with external technical consultants on the design and build of the site, which I was later responsible for maintaining and developing.
