As a diligent and enthusiastic designer, also with a keen interest in pattern cutting, I have worked in menswear for over seven years across a variety of brands both in the UK and abroad, working on single product categories as well as full range collections in both CMT and FF. I have worked closely with buyers, merchandisers and technical teams on all aspects from costing and production to fabric fairs and sourcing. During this time I have managed design critical paths, product sampling, managed assistants and juniors, liaised with mills, suppliers and factories as well as completed overseas visits. As a result, I have built strong relationships and networks within the industry.
