Description ::
In the start-up environment you often find yourself playing a number of valuable roles. Working closely with the Manager of Product Development, we introduced, maintained and implemented the encoding/transcoding, uploading and backup process.
During which time we tested the Industries top video encoding software and a variety of hardware configurations. (Result, 48TB RAID storage configuration, 24-Quad-Core processors on Solaris Box running Rhozete Carbon Coder uploaded to a FLV RTMP Server).
Additionally I was responsible for the production of flash components, banners and customized/branded video players for partner sites in collaboration with companies including; Amazon, TiVo and The Weather Channel. Utilizing social media outlets I produced and distributed 20 branded teaser videos accumulating 275,000+ in 3 month period.
