Matthew Goral is dedicated to the pursuit of meaningful, educational and instructional content through artistic practice and technology innovation. He is most experienced in the realms of educational and persuasive design, and injects a love of game design and world building into all of his work. Matthew is most interested in experimenting with VR and AR, machine learning, and the quantified self.

Fellowship 2015-2016
Conducted research, designing and executing experiments, in filmmaking for 360 degrees and Virtual Reality. Designed and fabricated a head-mounted, point-of-view camera apparatus. Created cinematic experiences for Google Cardboard and Oculus Rift in Unity 3D. Participated in the Littlestar “Mythos & Moxie” hackathon, earning the “Wildcard” award, for a pair of horror themed experiences. Produced a short film, “50/50,” based on a short story by Haruki Murakami.
