Maintained design standards for Schiff’s portfolio of major retail brands while ensuring all design work was completed on time, aligned with strategy, within budget and error free.
Led team of 4 associates, responsible for all aspects of design for $300MM family of brands,.
Developed many departmental SOPs including the implementation of a new online creative process manager tool facilitating accurate and timely artwork approvals, resulting in more efficient and expeditious creative project delivery.

Responsible for all phases of creative production including new product packaging concepts, sales materials, online media and pre-press. Worked closely with marketing, upper management as well as outside agencies and suppliers.
Integral member of team that launched Schiff MegaRed, a new product that became a multi-million dollar brand and the market leader in Krill Oil supplements.
Instituted and managed centralized online image library for all Schiff and Private Label brands allowing sales and outside agencies to easily download product images and other assets.
