This newsletter was a collaborative effort between the Chief Nursing Officer and me. It was distributed to nursing staff and was intended to inspire them on their journey toward the highest honor of being designated a Magnet Hospital. It was a fun creative exercise to compare French Intensive Gardening to this team journey!
