Most of our staff would like to learn 3D software, but the steep learning curve has prevented them from really expending any real effort. There is also a real lack of learning programs for our specific industry. Scenic Area Trail/ Road Interface - I've been an active bicycle advocate in Las Vegas for a few years and when the Nevada Department of Transportation asked for public input on a very dangerous section of scenic roadway I submitted a roadway design. I'll admit the design is a little over-the-top, but I figured I'd aim very high and maybe they'd come back with something acceptable to the cycling community.
