Even when working in a full-time position with its own established culture, I tend to retain my process, an ask myself the harder questions: "...why are we doing this project? How can we do it differently, and memorably?" This work-style drives me to cultivate new skills, keep abreast of inspiring trends, remain open and transparent with colleagues, and always be prepared for sudden, drastic shifts in everything we think is static about this industry.
