Fausel Professional Building

For the Lobby of the Fausel Professional building, it needed to tie in with the idea of the exterior, which related to California foothills architecture and to the old brewery which used to be on the site, and be the showcase for visitors. Thus the building materials and details were brought into the interior to highlight the forms within. The battered structure, on the outside and on the rear of the elevator shaft, was the original inspiration, but this was simplified, so that the materials themselves stand out. This is a LEED Gold building and has won numerous awards.
