issues. Build and grow first in-house design department.

NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
-Introduced and help implement a new, streamlined administrative system for keeping
track of design and engineering changes within the R&D and on-site manufaturing
departments
-Designed and engineered a new wakesports tower that provides increased overall
strength, uses a newly-develped and more user friendly latching system, all while keeping
production costs equal to outgoing tower model
