About
Creativity runs in my veins. I have always loved art (all forms) since I was a little kid. Going to school for a degree in digital imaging just made sense. I have learned over the years that a person can never learn too much, no matter what the subject may be. My experience as a graphic artist has slowly grown over the past few years and will never stop as time goes on. Every job I have worked for has only made me stronger towards my ultimate goal, to be a great artist.
I am currently a graphic designer (photographer, videographer, and everything between) for Garrett Metal Detectors. I create a wide range of marketing materials from catalogs, newsletters, brochures, logos, trade show booths, and advertisements. A "Jack of all Tades" kind of guy that looks at the world differently!
Specialties: Adobe CC Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere, Bridge and Final Cut Pro. I am currently teaching myself web design using Adobe Dreamweaver. -

Graphic Designer (photographer/videographer)Garland, TXJul 2014 - Present (10 years 4 months)I develop visual concepts, designs and treatments for print, video and multimedia projects as assigned. I am responsible for the graphical elements for product catalogs, advertisements, product manuals, brochures, The Garrett Searcher newsletter, logos, promotional items, and trade show booths. I help out with photography and video projects. I currently just finished editing 3 episodes of "Diggin with KG and Ringy" which is currently airing on The Pursuit Channel.

Video Production Specialist (product photographer)Garland, TXMar 2011 - Jun 2014 (3 years 3 months)Working in the marketing department, I took product photography and videos to the next level. I shot and edit product photography using a Cannon Mark II 5D DSLR and edit the images with Adobe Photoshop. I was also responsible for creating unique product videos for 1000bulbs.com and then published them onto the company's YouTube channel. I wrote the script, shot and edited the footage using Adobe Premiere, and then export and upload the final video. I help with training new photographers/videographers and also shot several training videos for the company.

Some of the trade shows that I was in charge of handling the graphic panels were Metalcon 2010, AOPA and Airportfest 2010, etc.
