Currently, Mandy May works for the University of Baltimore's Langsdale Library as Coordinator of Communications and Computer Skills. She is responsible for marketing, graphic design, outreach to faculty, staff, and students, as well as overseeing computer skills workshops and instruction. As a freelance editor, she has worked on book length manuscripts, as well as academic and research projects. She received her MFA in Creative Writing and Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore in May 2016. She is experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, HTML, CSS, and PHP. She has 15 years customer service experience, 6 of which were in management. This allows her to communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction of both parties. It also provides experience in training a diverse group of personnel, enhanced by her experience in education.
