Jakks Pacific
Santa Monica, CA
Aug 2012 - Oct 2012 (2 months)
During my short time as a full time employee at Jakks, i had the fortune to work with the Monsuno team. Monsuno being such a massive license with tons of items and characters, it was a task unto itself learning the license and all of its intricacies . I worked using Rhino, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator. During my time i did a lot of color updates and spec sheets, and gained great insight into what is involved in creating a massive toy license.

Intern
Jakks Pacific
Santa Monica, CA
May 2011 - Aug 2011 (3 months)
During my internship with Jakks Pacific i worked over the summer for two design teams, Boys Licensed and Girls Entertainment. Licences I've worked on include S.L.U.G. Zombies, Men In Black, Smurfs, Real Steal, Winx Club, and several other entertainment properties. I utilized my skills in Illustrator and Photoshop and developed a better understanding for the design process at this time. Spending half of the time with the Winx Club team broadened my design aesthetic, and gave me the chance to complete other aspects of product development. I worked on vector graphics for the dolls, help to spec out their clothing, and painted a lot of glitter on a lot of wings.
