Aug 2008 - Sep 2013 (5 years 1 month)
I am responsible for the serial development of components connected with water guiding in a clothes dryer (mostly PP and ABS plastics as well as silicone and EPDM rubber in terms of materials). I deal mostly with rationalization and quality topics as well as production support. I also work closely with our pre-dev teams in Berlin.
The work I do revolves around small-to-mid sized projects (with the occasional big one), for which I am fully responsible. I provide the solution, model it in NX and introduce it into production (tool orders/modifications, supplier contact, assembly trials, etc. – all in cooperation with purchasing, quality and supply chain departments).
