Quivira Ritz-Carlton Brand Development and Design - An exciting project working with The Lavidge Company developing names, logo, photography, collateral and advertising for this high-end residential resort community in Los Cabos. Amazing materials, papers, embosses and bindings were employed to create the appropriate messaging.
DC Ranch Branded Marketing Materials - Update of a brand look I previously developed for DC Ranch. These pieces, including retail and community advertising, invitations, marketing cards and community directory, were prepared for execution through the client's design services. Other applications included builder advertising and a community newsletter.
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Brand Materials - Ads, rack brochures and hotel directory created for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts based on a newly developed brand positioning and strategy. Additionally, I directed test photoshoots in Scottsdale and Acapulco, wrote and art directed a brand video filmed in Victoria B.C. as well as created a brand brochure to help employees understand and embrace the new brand strategy.
Foursite Brand Development and Design - Foursite is one of the VIVO Family of Companies. I and Marla Matson-Quattrone, VIVO's Director of Brand Development, established the Foursite brand and then leveraged it across the business system, Web site, collateral and advertising.
Telluride Ski & Golf Ads and Brochure - After SHR Perceptual Management had established the branding parameters for the new branding of Telluride, I was charged with their application to an advertising campaign and collateral design.

BRR Architecture Print and Electronic Materials - Materials developed for BRR Architects based on an in-depth brand development process. An extensive style guide, business system, document formats and introductory invitations were also developed to support and facilitate the new brand's introduction.
Marley Park Marketing Materials - These materials were developed for a new masterplanned community that was built to reflect traditional neighborhoods and home construction.
MOS Electronic and Print Marketing - An exciting opportunity to work with great products, a cool store and owner. I took the established logo and developed a branded look based on its color palette and shapes. Multiple projects have included a 24-page product catalog, key Web page designs, various E-blasts and E-newsletters (not shown), marketing postcards and ads.
Silverleaf Brand Materials - Brochures, black silk presentation box and ad created for Silverleaf, an exclusive development in North Scottsdale. Special touches were included throughout the marketing and new owner materials including the use of silks and leathers, embossings and fine engraving, French folds, microdot printing, infrared photography and extensive photoshoots. Pro shop materials were also developed.
MoneyGuard Marketing Materials - This project was created after a lengthy brand development and testing period. Shown above is collateral, advertising and a brochure/folder that was created to warehouse all of the client's policy documents and materials.
