I am currently working as a Design Assistant with a girl's lifestyle clothing brand. My responsibilities include designing the upcoming lines. Creating spec packs for the new styles. Coordinating with the various factories that produce our clothing and swim wear, to ensure deadlines are met. I also take charge of our ecommerce site and social media. I ensure all banners are up to date and relevant. As well as uploading and organizing all new products. I manage all online reductions and special pricing along with the appropriate advertising and emails.

As a key holder at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel I had been trained in all opening and closing duties, along with all till and back office workings.
Given that the store is within such a prestigious hotel I was also trained in Fairmont standard customer service. The hotel took customer service and satisfaction very seriously and ensures that all employees are on the same level of excellent service.

I manufactured custom thermal insulation blankets for oil furnaces and other industrial machines. I worked with a range of different fabrics including Teflon, Fiberglass cloth and silicone cloth. This was a fast paced work environment that demands quality sewing that can withstand the wear and tear of industrial machinery and the elements.

I started at RW as a full time key holder. I have been trained in all opening and closing duties, along with all till and back office workings. I work in the fitting rooms assisting customers in outfit choices and ensuring that they enjoy their experience shopping with the company.

I am a long standing employee of this company working in both a local store and a premium city center store. This gives me experience in both environments.
In the smaller local store I have the responsibility of cashing up and handling money. I also train new staff on the tills, customer service and stock movements. I have been trained to Beauty Academy level 2.
In the premium store I work stock control and customer care. This is an extremely busy shop that has a high product turn over that maintains high tempo working conditions. In recent years Superdrug have been running a major customer service campaign called STARS and STEPS I have been extensively trained in both these services.

Left due to university commitments. The studio specializes in vintage originals and vintage inspired wedding dresses. It is also one of the only places in Britain that reworks and restores vintage wedding dresses. As the designers assistant I work alongside the designer to help the customer find or design their perfect wedding dress. I assist in the alteration, re working and cleaning of the vintage dresses as well as the bespoke dresses. This takes a lot of time and patience as some of the dresses are very old and extremely delicate. I also aid the designer in dress fittings and appointments. This allows me to interact with the customer's and gain valuable experience.
