Creative Enterprise - Brand Driven Innovation

Creative Enterprise: An enterprise whose unique, practical approach allows for the innovative transformation of knowledge and resources into successful business ventures.
This individual analysis of creative enterprises using the Brand-Driven Innovation (BDI) framework, defines four domains of opportunity which can be seen as phases in a process. (1) Building a Human-Centred Brand, (2) Building a Brand-Driven Innovation Strategy, (3) Building a Brand-Driven Design Strategy and (4) Orchestrating Touch-Points. This framework is used as a form of measuring Red Bull, Fabric and Joana Vasconcelos’ ability to maintain an authentic brand experience through successful design and innovation strategies.
