On September.2013, with big dream and curiosity, I started my social life. Lucky as I am, I joined Wayken prototype company where let me feel both friendly and kindly, just like a big warm family. under the training of my boss Raymond who is a skilled and experienced engineering designer and marketing strategy planner, I learned not only the knowledge of Plastic CNC Prototyping; Aluminum Machining; Rapid Prototyping SLA & SLS; Vacuum Casting and Rapid Injection Molding, but also learned how to be a valuable and moral person to the society, which I think will affect my life forever. Most important he also let me know the importance of setting goals, just as he always said to us “being with the end in mind” which inspires me a lot .whenever doing plans that I will firstly set goals then detail proposal.
Knowledge and capability:
With about one year working experienced in Wayken prototype company, I know every design experiences 2 steps: 1st, the concept in the brain; 2nd, real create. I can understand that it is an exciting experience for a designer to get their design from concept to a real model on their hands. One year experience in prototype industrial, with knowledge about the drawing, process choosing, prototype manufacturing, finishing, inspection, assembly and molding. All of which had enabled me develop a sound understanding of the manufacturing process and allowing me to provide more cost effective and practical solutions.
At Wayken, the active enterprise cultural atmosphere always inspires me to live positive and confident every day. I can keep my smile to face future no matter what will happen, just as someone said to me “when life gives you 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile”.
