- Identify Fabric, Technique, Silhouette, and Graphic trends within the market and resource/develop with our suppliers. These trends are identified both within the headwear category as well as within apparel and footwear.

- Manage projects from initial design through revisions and sales samples. Responsible for design, development, commercialization, and quality control and approving production samples.
- Produce all design documents necessary for product development and presentation, including: concept sketches, line art, technical illustrations, colored renderings, and specifying materials and colors for each product
- Communicate with factories and merchandising team on a daily basis to problem solve and ensure smooth product development and delivery.
- Communicate and oversee print designs with art department for brand appropriate detailing
- Assign and manage projects and responsibilities with department interns and assistants.
- Travel overseas twice a year for trend research and product development - Hong Kong and China
