Baroque Fantasy

I have always had an affection for the architectures, paintings and artefacts of the Baroque period because they communicate grandness, luxury and romance of this period.

Victoria and Albert Museum is one of my favourite museums in London and that is where I sourced my inspiration - a carved wooden stool painted to create an illusion that it was made from marble.

I found this combination very interesting and decided to create my own version using wood, gild paint and recycled plastic to give it a modern twist.
