Some skin care biphasic formulas may contain ingredients, such as isododecane, which may react with the plastic components.
In this specific project, the challenge was to use an existing cap while preventing it's deformation due to the isododecane.

This was achieve thru redesigning its internal ribs, which also allowed us to use the current mold instead of investing in a new one.
