• Led the private label strategy packaging consolidation from 24 to 12 brands in 2009 (over 800 SKU’s). Projecting to complete over 1800 individual packaging items for 2012. Including 2 brand redesigns and introduction of a new brand.
• Created and implemented packaging development processes and timelines ensuring smooth project transition from the design phase through the production phase.
• Responsible for providing overall creative direction for packaging and direct management of major packaging initiatives.
• Responsible for maintaining standards and brand equity consistencies for all packaging.
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, weekly status updates and provide strategic input on initiatives.

• Directed a team of both internal and external designers and pre-press staff in the overall look of all resources and related marketing materials.
• Worked with the Pre-Press Manager in creating reasonable schedules, assigning projects, determining projects to outsource, budgeting and staffing. (40% of my time spent hands-on design and 60% strategic planning, managing the design team and providing art direction).
• Primary responsibility: the design and marketing of the Easy Vacation Bible School program which generated more than 20% of Group Publishing’s 25 million net income each year. Program is centered around a different theme each year with a new logo, packaging,and product elements.
