Allocate design department resources to efficiently and effectively complete design projects of varying types—exhibits, interiors and graphics. Engage clients in discovery meetings and present design concepts. Create rock star designs, lead the happiest department and do my part to make coming to work something to look forward to.

Translate client's needs, desires and existing branding into visually arresting exhibits all while staying within budget and production constraints. Communicate exhibit concepts through renderings utilizing 3DStudio Max and Octadesign. Schedule and produce and multiple concepts and revisions under extremely tight deadlines with careful attention to detail. Additionally, responsible for creation and maintenance of corporate identity, promotional materials and website for RND Exhibits International.

Established relationships with physicians and their marketing tools. Conceptualized and implemented new marketing tactics to promote patient referrals. As the sole marketer, I increased referrals by an average of 20 percent despite a 50 percent increase in surrounding area competition.
