* Returned The Rentals band to the public eye after hiatus and delivered three straight weeks of #1 rankings on specialty show charts by executing a 3-4 month promotional campaign with radio interviews and performances.
* Introduced recording artist Salvador Santana to radio by securing airplay on 100+ stations. Spearheaded campaign to build presence in targeted market segments of college, non-commercial and adult album alternative radio.
* Gained notoriety for band HoneyHoney by producing YouTube marketing videos with 13K+ hits.

Designed and implemented grassroots marketing for new artists through noncommercial and new music specialty shows. Directed a staff of five to execute campaigns for major artists including No Doubt, Eminem, Beck and Nine Inch Nails. Allocated department budgets of $15K-$20K per album.
* Enabled #1 ranking on college radio charts for releases from Beck, Sonic Youth and Jurassic 5 by developing a following on campuses through on-air performances, tour marketing, word of mouth promotion and interview scheduling.
* Achieved highest college radio airplay market share of any label in 2000 and 2002.
