BY KM- Oversaw launch/managed dev.- production for Reggae singer Bob Marley’s daughter, Karen Marley. Created line plan within budget, negotiated factory costs, managed team, calendar, and all fittings. Sourced eco-conscious fabrics, trims, labels, hang tag and shipping materials.

RAJ MFG- Senior Women’s Swim Designer (Contract)/ November 2015- July 2016, Tustin, CA. Designed Swim/swim cover ups, chose trend, color, and print direction. Accounts Included: Saks, Nordstrom’s, Bloomingdales, Everything But Water for Athena and Antonio Melani Swim.

Private Label Activewear- Senior Designer/ July 2017-March 2018, Los Angeles CA. Created activewear for private label. Oversaw design from concept/design direction to production.

Created and updated 2D and 3D assets for apparel and accessories in Men’s, Women’s and Kids categories of: Lifestyle, Performance, ACG, Olympic and NBA jerseys. Learned and applied 2D/3D design updates using Illustrator, Web PDM, and Browzwear programs Lotta and V Stitcher. Attended weekly meetings with cross functional teams and participated in feedback for workflow improvements.

Women’s Fall 2018- Contracted Project

Presented direction for trend in silhouette, color, and fabrics to owners and cross functional teams. Designed collection of knit tops, bottoms, dresses and outerwear from sketch to final CAD. Worked with team to source fabric/trims, oversaw fittings and final fit approvals.
