Lead cross functional trend teams, conducting macro trend research and CMF (color, material, finish) forecasts for Rubbermaid product categories. Responsible for teaching new hires rapid visualization and advanced sketching techniques. I also began developing management skills by managing our summer ID intern.

I was also a member of the “DIG” (Discovery Innovation Group) which is an advanced consumer research team, employing empathic research techniques to arrive at design strategies for new product platforms.
