Working and studying in the design field since 2015 I have been rapidly expanding my design portfolio. With years of retail experience I shifted over to the design field when I started school at Massasoit Community College in the Architectural technology program and interning at Beth Bourque Design Studio which turned into a part time job while studying at school. Assisting Beth with everyday jobs and sitting in on client meetings I quickly started learning from her especially the business side of the field. My AutoCAD skills increased greatly working here. I graduated with my Associates in Architectural Technology from Massasoit Community College and moved on to study Interior Architecture & Design at Mount Ida College of which the program then transferred to University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth. Going through the studio classes I started learning and working with the many design fields. I have learned more computer skills such as Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, SketchUp, and Enscape. I started worked as a junior designer at Masterpiece Woodworks, Inc. in Avon where I mainly do drafting of their custom furniture. I am excited to grow with the design field and see where my experience and knowledge will bring me.
