Hi! I'm Lara Goulart, a current Master Industrial Design Student at Rochester Institute of Technology, RIT. I have pursued a dual Bachelor’s Degree in both Product and Graphic Design at University of Brasilia. It was totally worth it because they gave me a much broader perspective of the field, as both areas complement each other and provide more effective and complete solutions.
I think designing from a holistic perspective is essential to address cultural, social, economic and environmental needs, as designers are responsible for the consequences of his/her creations on society. -
