I have increased design skills like research, prototyping and presentation a lot through graduate study. In addition, the study in ASU makes me understand more about design process, time management, design communication and collaboration.

Bachelor Industrial DesignDalian University of Technology2010 - 2014I have practiced design skills a lot like sketch, 3D-modeling, model making and rendering through undergraduate study. In addition, I have finished several mechanical and math courses as well. I always read design books in my spare time which could extend my design perspective.

Industrial DesignerBoston, MAAug 2016 - Present (8 years 3 months)• Participated in sketch ideation and concept design phase.
• Refined wearable EEG device from ergonomics perspective and successfully delivered working prototype.
• Managed 3D design work from 3D modeling to 3D printing to working prototype.
• Helped hardware engineering team and mechanical engineering team refined internal electronic components layout configuration and structural solution.
• Worked as a cross-functional role among Design, Hardware Engineering and Mechanical Engineering team to ensure quality execution of project deliverables.

• Worked as both project manager and industrial designer in design for manufacturability phase and created detailed plan for manufacturing.
